Once Andrew Pierce and Ashley Hudson first met in a church in Hamburg they realized that there was no turning back. Ashley was 17 and she had never been in a relationship with another man before. They began the romance extremely slowly. The two fell in love instantly. Andrew asked on New Year's Eve, right ahead of the beginning of the new year in 2016, to God would bless him with the last blessing of this year. It was also hoped that Ashley would be his bride. Ashley desired a wedding that was elegant with a theme of woodland. It was important for her that the wedding reflected the two of them. Andrew as well as Ashley. The wedding consisted of the many things they love. The venue chosen was on the back 40 acres of land Ashley was raised on. Ashley had a good understanding of the entire area having walked through it and played on the land. Andrew and Ashley were also at the location many times before they got married. Being that the wedding was almost entirely DIY, personalization played an integral part. Andrew Ashley's father, Andrew and Ashley themselves created all of the decorations. Ashley also painted and created many decors. Ashley declares, "Our wedding would not be the magical experience I've always imagined had Anna's stunning flower arrangements hadn't been put in place." Truly breathtaking.
